However, if you experience any issues, please contact us so we can find a solution—we want you to love your purchase! If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us using the "Contact" tab within 5 business days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 24 hours from the delivery date.
Q: How long does shipping take?
